1. The service. Signum is a personalised, AI-generated daily intelligence brief delivered by email (text + audio) and online. It covers markets, crypto, policy, and the subscriber's own holdings. It is produced by an AI analyst and reviewed by human oversight.
2. Acceptance & eligibility. By subscribing you confirm you are 18 or older and accept these terms.
3. Subscription & payment. Signum is $29 USD per month, billed via Stripe. Payment auto-renews monthly; you may cancel anytime and access continues to the end of the paid period.
4. Not financial/investment advice. Signum is informational and AI-generated and may contain errors. It is NOT financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always do your own research and consult a qualified advisor before making financial decisions.
5. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the service, automate extraction at abusive scale, or impersonate Signum.
6. Free / comped access. Signum may provide access on a free or complimentary basis at its discretion; such access is still subject to these terms.
7. Termination & refunds. Either party may terminate per the subscription terms. Refunds are handled through Stripe; Signum may offer a discretionary refund within 30 days of purchase where appropriate.
8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signum limits its liability for any claim arising from the service. You agree to indemnify Signum in the limited circumstances set out in the full policy.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
10. Changes. Signum may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
